To me, horses have always represented opportunity. Horses have made their way into nearly every part of my life, and the effort I've put into them has always given back to me.

My work is based on this lifelong connection, using oil paint and charcoal to explore not only horses, but the feeling, atmosphere, and memory surrounding them. Much of my inspiration comes from the places horses have taken me, from the Hamptons to open ranchland.
